Before starting the aluminum melting furnace, check whether the feeding and discharging devices, circulating water volume, air pressure, etc. are normal, whether the position of the limit switch and the manual and automatic switches are in the specified position, whether the materials on the workbench meet the requirements of forgings, and always pay attention to cooling water, which is the lifeline of the induction furnace. The outlet water temperature cannot be higher than 60 degrees.

4. During the charging period, the aluminum melting furnace should be placed reasonably, and the larger aluminum materials should be processed first. At the same time, under the cold furnace condition, the aluminum melting furnace cannot use the rated power immediately when burning for the first time. It should be heated at 60%-75% of the normal power to prevent cracks in the refractory material of the furnace lining. When the temperature of the furnace lining is evenly maintained at around 90℃,

5. There cannot be two different billets in front of the furnace and on the workbench in the aluminum melting furnace. Put the billets that have been heated before leaving get off work into the material box first, and indicate the specifications and conditions of the billets.
